SHIPPING AND HANDLING

To offer the best shipping costs for our customers, all Forte orders are shipped using USPS. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Delivery times vary depending on package size and destination, but most orders are delivered within 1-4 business days after they have been shipped. 

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW

You’ll receive an order confirmation email after checkout and a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves one of our shipping locations. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder, just in case. 

ORDER DELIVERED BUT DIDN'T RECEIVE IT?

It doesn't happen often, but sometimes packages can get lost or mis-delivered. If your tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate your package:

• Check secure areas around your property
• Ask neighbors or your building manager
• Contact the carrier directly to request proof of delivery. Sometime packages get delivered to the wrong box.
• If your order still can’t be found, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date, and we’ll help from there.
